Lessons

How lessons work at Frantz Family Farm

Schedule

Lessons are held weekly with a consistent day and time reserved for each student. Our program is tuition-based, meaning riders commit to a monthly program designed for consistent growth and progress.

Each month also includes a Horsemanship Class held on the last Friday, offering additional hands-on learning and special guest instruction opportunities.

Payment

We accept PayPal, Venmo, checks, or cash.

Checks or cash may be left in the tack room drop box in a labeled envelope.

Checks should be made payable to: Frantz Family Farm LLC

PayPal: frantzfamilyfarmllc@gmail.com
Venmo: @arifrantz (last four digits 1758)

All lesson payments are due by the 25th of the prior month.
(Example: April lessons are due March 25th.)

Payments not received by the 25th will incur a $2/day late fee.
Payments more than 7 days late will incur an additional $50 late fee.

Due to the structure of our program and the care required for our lesson horses, all lessons are prepaid and no exceptions will be made.

Cancellations/Schedule Changes

Lessons are reserved weekly and are part of a monthly tuition-based program. If at least 24 hours notice is given, we will attempt to reschedule your lesson when possible. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Excused Absences

Each student is eligible for up to two excused absences per season.
After two absences, monthly tuition remains due in full regardless of attendance.

Emergency Situations

In the case of a true emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule your lesson.
If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Ari reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a true emergency.
